为了探索籽粒形成的规律和提高粒重的途径,我们于1982~1984年系统观察、测定了海75—12元麦灌浆期的功能器官面积、籽粒形成过程和灌浆速率等。现将结果报告如下: 1.元麦开花受精后,子房开始膨大,体积的增长是先长度,后宽、厚。一般开花后11天左右长度达最大值的四分之三,17天左右达最大值,此时宽、厚度迅速增大,在正常条件下开花后20天左右宽、厚度达最大值。 开始时干物质增长的速度较缓慢,开花后11天仅占籽粒最高干物质重的20.73%,千粒重日增0.69克;开花后15~19天,茎叶中大量的营养物质运输
In order to explore the rules of grain formation and the ways of increasing grain weight, we systematically observed the functional organs area, grain formation process and grain filling rate in wheat grain filling stage between 75 and 12 years from 1982 to 1984. The results are reported as follows: 1. Yuanmai flowering after fertilization, the ovary began to enlarge, the volume growth is the first length, width and thickness. Generally about 11 days after flowering up to three-fourths of the maximum, about 17 days up to a maximum, this time the width and thickness increased rapidly, under normal conditions about 20 days after flowering wide, the maximum thickness. At the beginning, dry matter growth was relatively slow, accounting for only 20.73% of the maximum dry matter weight and 0.69 grams of 1000-grain weight at 11 days after flowering. After 15-19 days of flowering, large amounts of nutrients were transported in stems and leaves
