本文报道了28年以来我院所见卵巢原发性绒毛膜癌4例,其中1例肯定为畸胎瘤性,2例亦可能为畸胎瘤性,1例则发生于卵巢妊娠后。此4例都作了子宫和附件切除术及术后化学抗癌药物治疗,但效果不佳,3例死于本病,1例死于6-巯基嘌呤毒性反应。文中对于其发病机制、诊断、治疗及预后进行了讨论。 This article reports 28 cases of ovarian primary choriocarcinoma seen in our hospital in 4 cases, of which 1 case is definitely teratoma, 2 cases may also be teratoma, 1 case occurred in ovarian pregnancy. All 4 patients underwent uterine and adjuvant resection and postoperative chemotherapy with anticancer drugs, but the results were not satisfactory. Three patients died of this disease and one patient died of 6-mercaptopurine toxicity. The article discusses its pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
