本文结合酒店装饰工程,系统的介绍了装饰工程中以工厂生产,现场管理组织的一种装修模式,提出了集成装饰管理的概念在酒店装饰工程中的运用,并对集成理念进行了一定的阐述。同时结合工程实情,提出了一些建议。
