开展企业思想政治工作的最终目标是调动员工热爱企业的热情,积极的引导职工参与企业的日常生产管理活动,继而实现企业经济发展水平的快速增长。如何适应新的形势,充分发挥思想政治工作的作用,调动职工的工作积极性和创造性,是当前思想政治工作面临的一个新课题。在新时期里,要求企业管理者要合理的运用情感激励方法,尽可能的激发职工的内在潜力,让员工实现自身人生价值的同时能够为企业的经济建设和改革发展做出最大的贡献。
The ultimate goal of carrying out ideological and political work in enterprises is to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees for their enthusiasm for the enterprise and actively guide staff and workers in the daily production and management activities of the enterprises so as to achieve the rapid growth of the enterprise’s economic development. How to adapt to the new situation, give full play to the role of ideological and political work, and arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of staff and workers is a new task currently facing ideological and political work. In the new period, managers are required to use emotional incentives reasonably to stimulate the potential of employees as much as possible so that employees can realize their own life value while making the greatest contribution to the economic construction and reform of the enterprise.
