改革以课堂为中心的传统人才培养模式,加强校企合作、工学结合,以期提高高等职业教育人才培养质量,这无疑是高等职业教育理念的重大变革。工学结合为学生提供了通过参加实际工作来考察自己能力的机会,也为他们提供了提高自己环境适应能力的机会。因此,改革传统的会计专业教学模式,实施工学结合是我们每一个高职教师应尽的责职。 It is undoubtedly a major change in the concept of higher vocational education to reform the mode of cultivating traditional talents with a classroom as the center and to strengthen the cooperation between universities and enterprises and the combination of work and study so as to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational education. The combination of work and study provides students with an opportunity to examine their abilities by taking part in practical work, as well as providing them with opportunities to improve their environment’s adaptability. Therefore, the reform of the traditional accounting professional teaching mode, the implementation of the combination of workmanship is a responsibility of each of our vocational teachers should do.
