阐述了目前信息技术推动低碳转型主要应用于非实物化、智能电机、智能物流、智能建筑和智能电网等五大领域。结合宁波近几年节能减排现状,认为宁波在运用信息化技术推动工业节能、绿色建筑发展、智慧交通等方面进行了积极探索,并取得了不错的成效。并立足于政府碳减排调控角度,以低碳平台为抓手理清基本思路,提出以下建议:强化工作统筹;推进数据共享和开发利用;扩大社会参与。
It expounds that the current information technology promotes low-carbon transition mainly in the five fields of non-materialization, intelligent motor, intelligent logistics, intelligent building and smart grid. Combining with the current situation of energy conservation and emission reduction in recent years in Ningbo, Ningbo believes that Ningbo has actively explored the use of information technology to promote industrial energy saving, green building and smart transportation, and achieved good results. And based on the government carbon emission reduction regulation and control perspective, low-carbon platform as the starting point to sort out the basic idea, made the following recommendations: to strengthen the work of co-ordination; promote data sharing and development and utilization; expand social participation.
