用乙二醇溶剂热法制备了锐钛矿相纳米TiO2,用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热重分析(TG-DTA)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对制备的样品进行了表征。研究了乙二醇浓度、含水量、反应温度和反应时间对纳米TiO2晶型和晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:所得的纳米TiO2粒径分布窄,单分散性好。随着溶剂热反应温度的升高,纳米TiO2的晶粒尺寸逐渐变大,但随着溶剂热反应时间的延长,纳米TiO2的晶粒尺寸却几乎不变。
Anatase nano-TiO2 was prepared by ethylene glycol solvothermal method. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TG-DTA) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Characterized. The effects of ethylene glycol concentration, water content, reaction temperature and reaction time on the crystal form and grain size of TiO2 were investigated. The results show that the obtained nano-TiO2 has narrow particle size distribution and good monodispersity. With the increase of solvothermal temperature, the grain size of nano-TiO2 gradually becomes larger, but with the prolongation of solvothermal reaction time, the grain size of nano-TiO2 is almost unchanged.
