1990年4月18日,党中央、国务院宣布开发开放浦东,这标志着我国的改革开放进入了一个新的发展阶段。转眼1 3年了,浦东己成为上海现代化建设的缩影,中国改革开放的象征,世界经济发展的热点。从某种意义上说,浦东的巨变,是党中央战略发展的创新思维变为各级领导、各界人士创新实践的一项伟大硕果。回顾思源,展望思进。进入新一轮开发开放的浦东要全面贯彻党的十六大精神,继续增强创新意识,加大创新力度,从而加快率先基本实现现代化的步伐,为上海建设社会主义现代化国际大都市做出更大的贡献。
