白酒生产企业管理工作引入ISO9000标准,可实现企业管理更科学化、系统化、文件化、制度化,提高管理水平、改善管理模式和提高工作效率。目前,白酒生产企业对ISO9000标准的贯标仍然面临一些困难或问题。建立和实施质量管理体系的步骤有:质量体系建立的组织策划;质量体系的总体设计;质量体系文件的编制;质量体系的实施、运行和保持;质量体系的合格评定。(孙悟)
The introduction of ISO9000 standard in the management of liquor production enterprises can make the management of enterprises more scientific, systematic, documented and institutionalized, improve the management level, improve the management mode and improve work efficiency. At present, the standard of ISO9000 for liquor producers still faces some difficulties or problems. The steps to establish and implement the quality management system are as follows: the organization and planning of establishing the quality system; the overall design of the quality system; the compilation of the quality system documents; the implementation, operation and maintenance of the quality system; the conformity assessment of the quality system.
