研究了塔河超深稠油掺稀井多相流动规律。根据不同的掺稀方式给出了超深井稠油掺稀井井筒中流体温度梯度的计算方法。结合掺稀特点,给出了超深井稠油原油物性模拟的修正模型,其结果与PVT曲线具有良好的相关性。通过引入井眼轨迹的描述与计算技术,解决了超深井弯曲井段的多相流计算问题。在此基础上,根据能量平衡及多相流体力学原理建立了稠油掺稀生产动态分析模型,实现了对超深井稠油掺稀生产动态的模拟和分析,并据此可对稠油掺稀比例及生产参数进行优化设计,现场应用收到了良好的效果。
The multiphase flow of ultra-deep heavy oil in Tahe well was studied. The calculation method of fluid temperature gradient in wellbore of ultra deep well mixed with dilute well is given according to the different ways of dilution. Combined with the characteristics of dilute sparging, a modified model for the physical simulation of ultra-deep well heavy oil crude oil is given. The result is in good correlation with the PVT curve. By introducing the description and calculation technology of borehole trajectory, the multi-phase flow calculation problem of the ultra-deep well in the bent section is solved. On this basis, according to energy balance and multi-phase fluid mechanics, the dynamic analysis model of heavy oil sparse production was established, and the dynamic simulation and analysis of heavy oil sparse production of ultra-deep well was realized. Scale and production parameters for optimal design, the field application has received good results.
