Objective To explore the important role of lifestyle patterns in the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction. Methods Blood lipids and blood glucose were measured in 57 patients with cerebral infarction. Retrospective questionnaire survey was conducted on their height, weight, past medical history and living behavior, and then the two were statistically analyzed. Results (1) Among 57 patients, there were 23 cases (about 40.3%) with obesity, 36 cases (about 69.23%) with hypertension and 14 cases (24.56%) with diabetes. (2) Body mass index (BMI) was positively correlated with total cholesterol (TC) (P <0.05); blood glucose was negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein (HDL); (3) smoking had a significant effect on blood lipids, , Low density lipoprotein (LDL) had a significant impact on the diet only apolipoprotein-AI (Apo-AI) had an impact (P <0.05). Conclusion Obesity, chronic diseases and life behavior patterns (high-fat diet, high-salt diet, smoking, drinking) are important for the occurrence of cerebral infarction.
