任楼矿主采煤层上方直接覆盖着 5~ 1 5m的砾石含水层 ,严重威胁矿井安全生产 ,设计留设垂高为 80 m的防水煤岩柱。为论证所留煤柱是否安全合理 ,进行了矿区水文地质和上覆岩层岩石力学性质、水理性质试验。结果表明砾石层的含粘量较高 ,垂直渗透能力较弱 ;工作面浅部基岩泥岩类属较弱及中硬岩类型 ;基岩风化带内粘土矿物含量较大 ,吸水后体积膨胀 ,再生隔水能力强 ,受采动影响后 ,具阻水和抑制导水裂隙继续发展的双重作用 ;还进行了相似材料模拟 ,计算机模拟和公式计算。据以上研究结果 ,将防水煤岩柱缩小为 6 5m。 1 998年 5月已回采完毕 ,回收煤炭4 6× 1 0 4 t。
