胰高血糖素瘤(glucagonoma)是临床非常少见的一种胰腺内分泌肿瘤,而复发的胰高血糖素瘤更为罕见。我院近期收治1例患者,该患者曾于2007年确诊为胰高血糖素瘤行第1次手术治疗,近期复发后再次手术治疗。现将该病例的诊治过程报道如下,同时总结诊治经验。1病例介绍患者女,51岁。该患者于2003年体检发现尿糖 Glucagonoma is a clinically rare pancreatic endocrine tumor, and recurrent glucagon tumors are rarer.
