目的:探讨β2-肾上腺素能受体(β2-AR)基因编码区27位点基因多态性与云南汉族老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并原发性高血压(EH)的相关性。方法:用等位基因特异性聚合酶链反应(AS-PCR)技术检测180例研究对象的β2-AR基因编码区第27位点单核苷酸多态性。结果:β2-AR基因27位点基因型和等位基因频率在COPD合并EH组、COPD非合并EH组和健康对照组间的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。27位点基因多态性与COPD患者FEV1%预计值之间差异无统计学意义(F=0.282、P=0.755),与COPD合并EH组的血压分级之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在本研究中,β2-AR基因27位点基因多态性与云南汉族老年COPD合并EH的发病无相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of β2-adrenoceptor (β2-AR) gene coding region 27 locus and the elderly with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and essential hypertension (EH) in Yunnan Han nationality. Methods: Allele-specific polymerase chain reaction (AS-PCR) was used to detect the single nucleotide polymorphism at position 27 in the coding region of β2-AR gene in 180 subjects. Results: There was no significant difference in the distribution of genotype and allele frequency between the 27 genotypes and alleles of β2-AR gene in COPD with EH group, non-combined COPD EH group and healthy control group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the 27-point genetic polymorphism and the predictive value of FEV1% in patients with COPD (F = 0.282, P = 0.755) ). Conclusion: In the present study, there was no correlation between polymorphism of β2-AR gene 27 locus and age-related COPD complicated with EH in Yunnan Han.
