心音包迹标测图(HSECM)是运用电子技术、计算机方法自行研制的专用记录仪在受检者胸前30个标测点,分期同步记录给制的心音包迹阵列图。经30例正常人和35例患者的初步应用。结果表明;本图具有形象直观、信息众多等特点.除能显示各标测点局部心音特征外,还能同时展示胸前心音音场特征;既便于研究同一音素随检测部位不同而发生的强弱和形态变化,也便于对不同疾病的心音特征进行全面对比分析。
