采用醋酸钡和异丙醇钛为原料,邻苯二酚作钛醇盐的稳定剂,制备了BaTiO_3凝胶纤维;采用正己烷作溶剂,将BaTiO_3凝胶纤维在180℃条件下溶剂热处理12h;对预处理过的BaTiO_3纤维以1℃/min的升温速率热处理至1100℃,得到致密的BaTiO_3陶瓷纤维.对所得的BaTiO_3陶瓷纤维采用红外光谱(IR),X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等一系列手段进行表征.
BaTiO_3 gel fibers were prepared by using barium acetate and titanium isopropoxide as raw materials and catechol as a stabilizer of titanium alkoxide. BaTiO_3 gel fibers were solvothermally treated at 180 ℃ for 12 h with n-hexane as solvent. The pretreated BaTiO_3 fibers were heat-treated at a heating rate of 1 ℃ / min to 1100 ℃ to obtain dense BaTiO_3 ceramic fibers. The obtained BaTiO_3 ceramic fibers were characterized by IR, XRD and SEM.
