纳米银(silver nanoparticles,Ag NPs)作为一种广谱性抗菌材料,在工业和医药等领域得到广泛应用。然而,在生产和使用的过程中,纳米银暴露引发的潜在毒性问题不容忽视。纳米银易在免疫组织器官中蓄积,且可通过免疫刺激和免疫抑制双重效应影响机体免疫功能。笔者从纳米银在免疫组织器官的分布、纳米银对非特异性免疫及特异性免疫的影响及其机制等方面综述了纳米银对免疫系统影响的研究进展,为进一步进行纳米银的毒理学评价及安全使用提供参考依据。
As a broad-spectrum antibacterial material, silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) have been widely used in industry and medicine. However, the potential toxicity problems caused by the exposure of nanosilver can not be neglected in the process of production and use. Nano-silver easily accumulates in the tissues and organs of the immune system, and can affect the body’s immune function through the dual effects of immune stimulation and immunosuppression. The author reviewed the research progress of the effect of nanosilver on the immune system from the aspects of the distribution of nanosilver in the tissues of the immune tissues, the effect and mechanism of the nanosilver on the nonspecific and specific immunity, and in order to further evaluate the toxicology of the nanosilver and Safe to provide a reference.
