高考属于国家组织的以选拔人才为目的的相对性评价。命题工作,尤其是命题人员的命题行为,无疑会受到主客观的各方面因素的影响和制约。客观因素,一般不外以下儿个方面:政治气候、系统情报、教材实际、社会风气、官方指令等,这里不拟分析。主观因素的涉及面更广泛,我们想重点谈以下两方面。第一,教学经验。多数命题人员长期奋斗在中学语文教学第一线,经验丰富,对学生、教师、教材,以及教育现状都有深切的把握,这就决定了:1.命题不靠教参,包括权威性教参,这已是公开提出的一条原则。2.命题者认为是重点的地方要考,如今年考题中的6——10题,12.13
The college entrance examination is a relativity evaluation of the national organization for the purpose of selecting talents. The propositional work, especially the propositional behavior of propositional staff, will undoubtedly be affected and constrained by various aspects of subjective and objective factors. The objective factors are generally the following: political climate, system intelligence, teaching materials, social atmosphere, official instructions, etc. It is not intended to be analyzed here. Subjective factors involve a wider range of issues. We would like to focus on the following two aspects. First, teaching experience.
