目的为了解决偏远医院输血科血液贮备和保存期末前一定时间血液收回再调配的难题。方法建立血液冷链监控系统,研发基于VPN和RFID的血液冷链监控信息管理系统,为血液收回及收回后再发放提供血液储存和冷链运输过程质量符合要求的依据和佐证。同时,建立了血液冷链监控信息管理系统标准操作规程,包括医院管理子系统和血站管理子系统。收集2010-2014年本站全过程血液冷链监控系统使用前后发往3家海岛医院的红细胞悬液发血量、收回量、过期报废量资料,分析血液过期报废情况。结果 3家海岛偏远医院收回血液727U,血液报废率从冷链监控系统使用前的31.69%下降到7.63%,下降了75.92%。结论本探索借助现代信息技术解决血液收回再发放难以施行的老大难问题,对海岛偏远医院保障临床用血,减少血液过期报废,保障血液安全具有较好的社会效益和经济价值,本探索对国内交通不便地区具有较好的可复制性和广泛的可推广性。
Objective In order to solve the blood transfusion in the remote hospital transfusion department and save the blood collection and recovery at a certain time before the end of the puzzle. Methods To establish a blood cold chain monitoring system and develop a blood cold chain monitoring information management system based on VPN and RFID to provide basis and evidence for the quality of blood storage and cold chain transportation in order to recover and recover blood. At the same time, the establishment of a blood cold chain monitoring information management system standard operating procedures, including hospital management subsystem and blood bank management subsystem. The data of blood volume, recovery and overdue of erythrocyte suspensions before and after using the blood cold chain monitoring system during the whole process from 2010 to 2014 were collected to analyze the situation of blood overdue and end-of-life. Results Blood was collected from 727U hospitals in three island remote hospitals. The blood reject rate dropped from 31.69% before the cold chain monitoring system was used to 7.63%, a decrease of 75.92%. Conclusion This study explored the use of modern information technology to solve the long-standing problem of blood reopening and re-issuance difficult to implement. It is of great social and economic value to guarantee the clinical use of blood in the island remote hospitals, reduce the expirence of blood and ensure the blood safety, Inaccessible areas have a good replicability and a wide range of promotion.
