建立了适用于具有各种复杂管路的套片管直接蒸发式空气表面冷却器的数学模型,提出了能够描述不同管组连接方式的管组连接矩阵组,编制了通用计算FORTRAN程序。利用该程序分别对五种不同管组连接方式的表冷器进行了模拟计算,数值计算与试验结果吻合较好。
A mathematic model for the direct evaporative air surface cooler with a variety of complicated tubes was established. The tube group connection matrix which can describe the connection of different tube groups was put forward and the FORTRAN program was compiled. The program was used to simulate the surface coolers of five different tube-group connections respectively. The numerical results agree well with the experimental results.
