在体育全球化的背景条件下,少数民族传统体育面临着新的发展形势,在此运用了文化全球化发展理论,并使用了文献资料的研究方法,分析了少数民族传统体育在当前条件下面临的问题,同时提出:要正确认识少数民族传统体育在民族文化中的重要地位;少数民族传统体育内涵要重新定位;在少数民族传统体育的发展中必须体现变与不变相统一的原则;少数民族传统体育的发展必须秉承多元一体化的理念。
