在分析总结后张法预应力孔道压浆质量检测方法基础上,使用冲击回波法对有无普通钢筋的预制预应力混凝土板管道压浆质量进行检测,灌浆前通过对不同材质波纹管进行灌浆缺陷设置,在已知缺陷位置的情况下,与冲击回波法检测结果进行对比分析,研究此方法的可信度及影响因素。试验结果表明:冲击回波法对预应力混凝土管道压浆质量检测有较好的准确度及较高的精度,普通钢筋及管道材质对测试精度影响较小。
