目的:探讨护士分层次培训应用在内科护理服务中的效果及应用价值。方法:对义乌市中医医院护士开展分层次培训,对比开展培训前后临床护理质量变化情况和护士能力变化情况。结果:观察组基础护理评分(92.38±5.74)分,专科护理(93.18±4.03)分,病房护理(94.65±3.72)分,一对一陪护(93.28±4.82)分;对照组基础护理评分(84.51±2.77)分,专科护理(87.39±2.54)分,病房护理(87.36±2.05)分,一对一陪护(88.69±2.37)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(t=14.6105、14.3814、20.3078、10.1113,P<0.05)。实施分层次培训后护士基础能力评分(94.43±3.06)分,专科护理能力评分(95.04±4.21)分,上述得分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(t=7.343 6、4.150 5,P<0.05)。结论:护士分层次培训应用在内科护理服务中可以提升临床护理服务质量,提高护士临床工作能力,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To discuss the effect and application value of nurse training in different levels of internal medicine nursing service. Methods: Nurses in Yiwu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital conducted training in different levels and compared the changes of clinical nursing quality and nurses’ ability before and after training. Results: The basic nursing score (92.38 ± 5.74), specialist nursing (93.18 ± 4.03), ward nursing (94.65 ± 3.72), and one-on-one nursing (93.28 ± 4.82) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ± 2.77), specialist nursing (87.39 ± 2.54), ward nursing (87.36 ± 2.05), and one-on-one nursing (88.69 ± 2.37) respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t = 14.6105,14.3814,20.3078 , 10.1113, P <0.05). The score of basic nursing ability (94.43 ± 3.06) and specialist nursing ability score (95.04 ± 4.21) after implementing the training in different levels were significantly higher than those before implementation (t = 7.343 6,4.150 5, P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of nurse training in different levels can improve the quality of clinical nursing service and improve the clinical work ability of nurses, which is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
