评课,通俗地讲就是围绕对所听的一节课进行评价或评析。通过评课,让听课者和上课者在教学方法、教学艺术、教育观念、教学水平等各个方面都得到改进,促使评课者和上课者在交流的过程中逐渐形成自己独特的教学风格。然而,在现实的教学研讨活动中,重听课轻评课、虎头蛇尾的现象普遍存在。评课这一环节的缺失,影响了课堂教学研讨的本真意义。为了促进不同层次教师的发展,提高教师的教学活动组织能力,我们幼儿园每学期都会组织
