中国共产党自成立以来,一直带领广大人民群众走上人民当家做主,走上富强、民主、和谐、文明的社会主义道路,是真正为人民服务的党。但是,怎样才能不忘初心,使党永葆纯洁,加强党的先进性和纯洁性的建设,防止腐败现象的发生?党内监督和社会监督都是两种有力的措施,两者既有区别又有联系,为了使党内监督和社会监督更好地在中国特色社会主义建设中发挥其价值,应该把二者有机统一起来。本文主要以《中国共产党党内监督条例》为中心,解读党内监督和社会监督以及二者之间的关系,以便更好地在中国特色社会主义建设中发挥其效应。
Since its establishment, the Chinese Communist Party has always led the broad masses of the people onto the people’s masters of the country and embarked on a road of socialism that is prosperous, democratic, harmonious and civilized and is a party that truly serves the people. However, how can we not forget the beginning of our mind, keep the party forever pure, strengthen the building of the party’s advanced nature and purity, and prevent the occurrence of corruption? Both the inner-party supervision and the social supervision are two powerful measures, In order to make inner-party supervision and social supervision better to play their value in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we should unify the two organically. This paper mainly focuses on the “inner-party supervision of the Communist Party of China” as the center, to interpret the inner-party supervision and social supervision as well as the relationship between the two in order to better exert its effect in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
