在生物学过程中蛋白起到关键的作用,蛋白的合成和降解之间的平衡调节细胞体内平衡。骨骼肌质量在维持人类的健康、体力活动和竞技运动成绩方面起着重要的作用。骨骼肌质量的变化是蛋白合成率和蛋白降解率之间平衡的结果。力量训练诱导肌肉质量的增加是每一次训练的蛋白积累效果,单独进行力量训练能够提高肌肉蛋白的平衡,但是在缺少氨基酸的情况下,蛋白平衡不能达到正性的水平。氨基酸和碳水化合物的联合应用可最大程度促进净蛋白的平衡。充分认识其中的变化机制,有利于制定非常有效的训练计划。
Proteins play a key role in biological processes, and the balance between protein synthesis and degradation regulates cellular homeostasis. Skeletal muscle mass plays an important role in maintaining human health, physical activity and athletic performance. Changes in skeletal muscle mass are the result of a balance between protein synthesis rates and protein degradation rates. Strength training induced muscle mass increase is the accumulation of protein per training effect, alone strength training can increase muscle protein balance, but in the absence of amino acids, the protein balance can not reach a positive level. The combination of amino acids and carbohydrates maximizes net protein balance. A full understanding of the mechanism of change is conducive to the development of a very effective training program.
