目的了解和掌握新疆生产建设兵团塔里木垦区布鲁氏菌病(布病)疫情。方法对塔里木垦区六个团场鹿场人畜共患布病疫情资料进行分析。结果塔里木垦区鹿场职工患病率为55%,畜间感染率为29%,患病率男女有差别。喂养母鹿职工相对感染率较高。结论建议有关部门加强畜间免疫并对人群开展健康及防病知识普及教育,同时建议设立流动监测点。 Objective To understand and grasp the epidemic situation of brucellosis (brucellosis) in Tarim reclamation area in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Methods The epidemic situation of zoonosis in deer farm in Luqian of six league farms in Tarim reclamation area was analyzed. Results The prevalence of deer workers in Tarim reclamation area was 55%, and the prevalence rate was 29%. The prevalence rate was different between men and women. Feeding workers doe relative infection rate is higher. Conclusion It is suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen livestock vaccination and popularize health and disease prevention knowledge among the population. At the same time, it is suggested to establish a mobile monitoring point.
