HCV—Ab抗体（丙型肝炎抗体）、TP—Ab抗体（梅毒螺旋体特异抗体）和HIV-1抗体（艾滋病病毒抗体）均阳性的多重感染患者在临床较少见，在骨科尤为罕见。2007年7月，我科收治1例上述3种抗体均阳性的右胫腓骨骨折患者，现将护理体会报告如下。
