目的:为进一步了解急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)病人基因重排情况。方法:应用多重PCR技术检测41例ANLL病人IgH及TCRVγIJγ基因重排。结果:26.8%(11/41)ANLL病人存在IgH或/和TCRVγIJγ基因重排,3例病人同时存在IgH和TCRVγIJγ基因重排;基因重排阳性ANLL治疗缓解率低于重排阴性ANLL病人(P<0.05)。结论:①IgH或TCR基因重排并非局限于淋巴细胞白血病,也可发生于部分ANLL病人;②多重PCR技术可以一次PCR扩增同时检测两种重排基因,更适于临床推广应用。
Objective: To further understand the gene rearrangement in patients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL). METHODS: Multiplex PCR was used to detect the rearrangement of IgH and TCRVγIJγ genes in 41 patients with ANLL. Results: 26.8% (11/41) of ANLL patients had IgH or/and TCRVγIJγ gene rearrangement. 3 patients had both IgH and TCRVγIJγ gene rearrangements. The gene shuffling positive ANLL treatment had a lower response rate than patients with negatively arranged ANLL (P <0.05). Conclusion: 1The IgH or TCR gene rearrangement is not restricted to lymphocytic leukemia, but it can also occur in some patients with ANLL.2 Multiplex PCR can detect two kinds of rearranged genes simultaneously by one PCR amplification, which is more suitable for clinical application.
