进行内部员工管理培训以提高员工的素质,是当前民营企业解决管理水平薄弱的有效途径。企业的状况千差万别,咨询式培训帮助企业寻找内部问题来确定培训需求,并通过培训在解决企业的实际问题过程中提升学员的能力。在民营企业中开展咨询式培训不失为把对企业经营管理者的培训与企业的管理咨询服务比较有机地结合起来的一种方法。咨询式培训的展开是以企业实际为出发点,最后落实在企业管理的改善上,在咨询式培训的展开中要注意解决好几个问题。
