目前我国农村卫生工作队伍整体素质不容乐观,存在工作管理理念陈旧、体制滞后等问题。高质量的农村卫生人才队伍对于农村卫生工作的生存和发展至关重要,加强人才培养和队伍建设是根本。因此,只有不断拓宽研究思路,切实提高农村卫生人才队伍的整体素质,本文从职业生涯管理理论解决了农村卫生人才队伍建设,为农村医疗卫生工作管理者提供了一种有效的动态管理模式。
At present, the overall quality of rural health work teams in China is not optimistic. There are problems such as outdated work management concepts and lagging systems. A high-quality team of rural health professionals is crucial to the survival and development of rural health work. Strengthening personnel training and team building is fundamental. Therefore, only by continuously broadening research ideas and effectively improving the overall quality of rural health talents, this paper has solved the construction of rural health talents from the perspective of career management theory, and provided an effective dynamic management model for rural health work managers.
