目的 探讨次声作用后鼠大脑皮层超微结构的变化及意义 .方法 将 35只 级雄性 SD大鼠随机分为对照组和次声作用 7,14 ,2 1和 2 8d组 5组 ,于 8Hz,130 d B次声环境下 ,每日暴露 1次 ,每次 2 h;取大脑皮层用戊二醛和锇酸固定 ,透射电镜下观察脑超微结构的变化 .结果 次声作用后脑损伤以变性改变为主 ,可见于细胞内外的各种结构 ;早期随作用时间延长损伤逐渐加重 ,后期损伤有一定的恢复 .结论 次声可非特异性地损伤脑的超微结构 ;在相同的频率和声压级水平下 ,次声的损伤作用与次声的作用时间并非呈线性关系 ;脑组织对次声的损伤作用存在着一定的适应现象
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of the ultrastructure of cerebral cortex in rats after infrasound.Methods 35 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group and infrasound acupuncture groups of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days, , 130 d B infrasound, once a day for 2 h each time. The cerebral cortex was fixed with glutaraldehyde and osmium tetroxide and the ultrastructural changes of the brain were observed under transmission electron microscope.Results After infrasound, Denatured changes, can be found in a variety of structures inside and outside the cell; early with the extension of time the role of injury gradually aggravated, post-injury has some recovery.Conclusion Infrasound non-specific damage to the ultrastructure of the brain; the same frequency and sound Pressure level level, infrasound damage and infrasound of the role of time is not linear; brain damage to infrasound there is a certain degree of adaptation to the phenomenon
