1. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, high-iron group, CC14 group and CC14 + high-iron group, with 10 rats in each group. Blank group and high-speed rail were fed ordinary pellets, drinking tap water. The high-iron group was intraperitoneal injection of iron dextran (ID), 50mg / kg twice a week for 5 weeks.
