“双师型”教师队伍建设是提高高职院校人才培养质量的根本保障,因此,探索“双师型”教师队伍建设的有效途径和方法是本课题研究的重点。本文通过对“双师型”教师队伍建设面临的主要问题的分析,提出加强“双师型”教师队伍建设的对策建议。 The construction of “double teacher” teachers is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, it is the key point of this research to explore the effective ways and methods of building “double teacher” teachers. Based on the analysis of the major problems faced by the construction of “double-qualified teachers”, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of double-qualified teachers.
