八珍益母丸是益气补血药,本文研究了不同极性溶剂提取部分对失血性贫血小鼠的红、白细胞总数、血红蛋白含量、体重及游泳时间的影响。结果表明:不同溶剂提取部分的药效有明显差异。其中,以乙酸乙酯、乙醇(2:1)、乙醇、水提取部分对失血性贫血小鼠的红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白等的增效最好,其次,乙酸乙酯部分对白细胞数、血红蛋白、体重及游泳时间增效较好,氯仿部分对小鼠游泳时间的增效较好。 Bazhen Yimu Pill is a Qi-supplementing blood drug. This article studied the effects of different polar solvent extraction fractions on the total number of red and white blood cells, hemoglobin content, body weight, and swimming time in hemolytic anemia mice. The results show that there are significant differences in the efficacy of different solvent extraction fractions. Among them, the ethyl acetate, ethanol (2:1), ethanol, and water extracts had the best synergistic effect on the number of red blood cells, white blood cell counts, hemoglobin, etc. in hemorrhagic anaemia mice, followed by the ethyl acetate fraction versus the leukocyte count. Hemoglobin, body weight, and swimming time were more effective. Chloroform partially improved the swimming time of mice.
