Lord John Hutton is the chairman of the British Nuclear Industry Association (NIA) and prior to that he served as Minister of Commerce, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform of the United Kingdom and Defense Minister. After his appointment as President of the NIA, he was the UK civilian nuclear industry representative in the UK and overseas Cooperation between the negotiations.
