用X射线衍射(XRD),傅里叶红外吸收(FTIR)对InN粉末在N_2气中的热稳定性进行了分析。结果表明:当温度超过600℃时,一部分InN粉末被氧化;但当温度增加到800℃时,一部分InN粉末分解成In和N_2;一部分InN粉末转变成In_2O_3粉末。
The thermal stability of InN powder in N 2 gas was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). The results show that when the temperature exceeds 600 ℃, a part of InN powder is oxidized. However, when the temperature is increased to 800 ℃, a part of InN powder decomposes into In and N_2. A part of InN powder is transformed into In_2O_3 powder.
