采用剪切试验和拉拔试验对不同黏层材料配方、不同洒布量和不同温度条件下的环氧乳化沥青黏层的抗剪性能和抗拔性能进行研究,分析了配方、洒布量和温度对黏层的粘结力、内摩阻角和抗拔强度的影响,通过与SBS改性沥青、海川高黏沥青和环氧树脂沥青的性能对比试验对环氧乳化沥青黏层的粘结性能进行了进一步分析.结果表明:抗剪强度随正应力的增大近似呈线性增大,符合库伦-莫尔理论;粘结力、内摩阻角和抗拔强度均随洒布量的增加先增大后减小,粘结力和抗拔强度随温度的升高大幅度降低;20℃、40℃及60℃条件下抗剪强度、粘结力最大值对应的洒布量分别为0.6、0.8、0.8kg/m~2;环氧乳化沥青的最佳配方及最佳洒布量分别为环氧树脂∶固化剂∶乳化沥青=16∶4∶80及0.8kg/m~2;与其他3种黏层材料相比,环氧乳化沥青的粘结性能较优异.
