深孔预裂爆破产生的应力波相互叠加,加快了两爆孔间裂纹的形成和沟通速度,有效促进卸压带的形成。以淮南矿业集团谢一矿5121工作面为例进行深孔预裂爆破试验,运用ANSYS软件进行数值模拟,并分析了爆破过程中的3个阶段,为高瓦斯低透气性煤层的安全生产提供了一个较好的解决方案。
The stress waves generated by the deep-hole presplitting blasting are superposed on each other, which accelerates the formation and communication of cracks between the two blasting holes and effectively promotes the formation of the pressure-relief zone. Taking the 5121 face of Huai’nan Mining Group as an example, the deep-hole presplitting blasting test was carried out and the numerical simulation was carried out by using ANSYS software. The three stages in the blasting process were analyzed, which provided the safe production for high gas and low permeability coal seam A better solution.
