本试验测定了Idaed59和W2699 srTt-1栽培品种中对杆锈菌(Puccinia graminis f·sp tritici)侵染的低感受性单显性基因对控制自然发生的杆绣病中度流行的控制作用。该基因与专化抗性基因SrTe-1是紧密连锁的或者是等同的。通过产量损失分析表明,SrTr-1的低感受性在杆锈病中度流行中具有控制病害的作用。
This experiment measured the low prevalence of dominant single-dominant genes in Puccinia graminis f. Sp. Tritici infection in Idaed59 and W2699 srTt-1 cultivars to control the moderate prevalence of bar-embroidered disease. This gene is closely linked with the specific resistance gene SrTe-1 or is equivalent. Through the analysis of yield loss, low susceptibility of SrTr-1 has the function of controlling disease in the moderate epidemic of rod rust.
