随着工程管理的规范和完善,人们对过程造价咨询服务质量的要求也随之提高。工程造价咨询业是服务于企业或者个人,对工程建设项目提供造价咨询的服务行业。工程造价咨询是有效控制工程项目安全、质量、进度和成本的主要方法途径。本文通过对目前的发展工程造价咨询业的现状和制约因素进行简单分析,就如何提高工程造价咨询服务质量的管理措施进行了探讨。
With the standardization and perfection of project management, people also have higher requirements on the quality of process consulting services. Construction cost consulting industry is to serve enterprises or individuals, construction projects to provide cost advisory services industry. Project Cost Consulting is the main method to effectively control the safety, quality, schedule and cost of the project. Based on the brief analysis of the current status and constraints of the development cost consulting industry, this paper discusses how to improve the quality management of construction cost consulting services.
