随机误差特性分析是光纤陀螺进入工程应用阶段的关键技术。针对Allan方差、总方差、Thêo1(Theoretical variance#1)等分析方法的不足,以Thêo1为基础,通过偏差消除获得Thêo BR(Bias-removed ver-sion of Thêo1),并将其与Allan方差合成,得到光纤陀螺随机误差特性分析的Thêo H(Hybrid-Thêo BR)法。通过计算重叠Allan方差、总方差、Thêo1以及Thêo H的等效自由度,结合仿真和实测信号的随机误差特性分析实验,证明Thêo H法不仅提高了Allan方差估计的置信度,且解决了Thêo1估计有偏的问题,表明了该方法是目前能够有效辨识光纤陀螺随机误差特性的最佳方法。
The analysis of random error characteristics is the key technology of fiber optic gyro entering engineering application stage. For the deficiency of Allan variance, total variance and Tho 1 (Theoretical variance # 1), Thêo BR (Bias-removed ver-sion of Thêo1) was obtained by deviation elimination based on Thêo1 and synthesized with Allan variance. Get Tho H (Hybrid-Th eo BR) method to analyze random error characteristics of FOG. By calculating the random Allan variance, total variance, Th eo1 and Th eo H, combined with the analysis of random error characteristics of simulated and measured signals, it is proved that Th eo H method not only improves the confidence of Allan variance estimation but also solves the Th eo 1 estimation The biased problem shows that this method is the best method to identify the random error characteristics of fiber optic gyroscope effectively.
