目的:分析野艾叶的挥发性成分,并与艾叶挥发性成分进行比较。方法:用HSGC-MS技术分离和鉴定野艾叶与商品艾叶中挥发性成分,并用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的质量分数。结果:野艾叶与艾叶的挥发性成分中,均含有桉油精、樟脑、龙脑、松油醇、α-蒎烯、莰烯、蒈烯、对-伞花烃、β-石竹烯、蒿烯、γ-松油烯等特征性成分。结论:本实验为野艾叶资源的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。
Objective: To analyze the volatile components of wild leaves and compare them with volatile components of leaves. Methods: The volatile components in leaves and the leaves of Artemisiae argyi were isolated and identified by HSGC-MS, and the mass fraction of each component was determined by peak area normalization. Results: The volatile components of wild leaves and leaves all contained eucalyptol, camphor, borneol, terpineol, α-pinene, camphene, acenaphthylene, p-cymene, Ene, γ-terpinene and other characteristic components. Conclusion: This experiment provides a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of wild Aiye resources.
