近几年我国食品企业建设发展日益迅速,无论是规模上还是速度上,食品企业发展都取得了重大的进步。质量成本控制作为食品企业发展的重要环节,直接影响着食品企业盈利以及各项工作的顺利开展,质量成本控制越来越得到食品企业的重视。新时期新背景下,对于食品企业加强质量成本控制的重要性与管理措施的研究有着重要的现实意义。本文旨在研究我国食品企业质量成本控制现状,研究企业质量成本控制重要性,探讨食品企业质量成本控制策略,为我国食品企业在质量成本控制方面的进一步发展提供一些可行性的思路。
In recent years, the development of China’s food industry is growing rapidly, and both the scale and the speed have made significant progress in the development of food enterprises. Quality cost control as an important part of the development of food enterprises, a direct impact on the profitability of food companies and the smooth progress of various tasks, quality and cost control more and more attention by food companies. Under the new background of the new era, it is of great practical significance for the food enterprises to strengthen the importance of quality cost control and management measures. The purpose of this paper is to study the status quo of quality cost control of food enterprises in China, to study the importance of quality cost control and to explore the strategy of quality cost control for food enterprises, and to provide some feasible ideas for the further development of quality control of food enterprises in China.
