目的:利用原子吸收光谱法测定羟乙基淀粉130/0.4醋酸钠林格注射液中钠的含量。方法:将供试品溶液中钠的浓度稀释至0.6 mg·L-1,加入一定量的氯化铯溶液抑制钠的电离,采用标准曲线法测定供试品中钠含量。结果:方法重复性良好,RSD为0.388%(n=6);回收率为99.64%(n=3)。分析6批样品,钠含量测定结果符合真实情况。结论:本法解决了羟乙基淀粉130/0.4醋酸钠林格注射液原质量标准中吸收灵敏度低,测定结果不稳定的情况。
Objective: To determine the content of sodium in hydroxyethyl starch 130 / 0.4 sodium acetate Ringer’s injection by atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The concentration of sodium in the test solution was diluted to 0.6 mg · L-1. A certain amount of cesium chloride solution was added to inhibit the ionization of sodium. The sodium content in the test sample was determined by standard curve method. Results: The method was reproducible and the RSD was 0.388% (n = 6). The recovery rate was 99.64% (n = 3). Analysis of six batches of samples, sodium determination results in line with the real situation. Conclusion: This method solves the problem of low absorption sensitivity and instability of the original quality standard of 130 / 0.4 Sodium Hyaluronate Ringer’s Injection.
