基于社会经济与现代科学技术的发展,人们生活水平不断提高,而社会经济模式也发生了一定的变化。所谓的分享经济模式,具体指的就是重新配置闲置资源,以保证社会资源管理的优化性。在此基础上,劳动力被解放出来,进一步推动了多个行业的发展。但是,在这种新型经济模式发展的过程中,同样使得人力资源管理理念与办法受到了严重的冲击。基于此,文章将分享经济时代作为研究背景,阐述了人力资源管理工作所面临的挑战,并提出了具有针对性的措施,以期有所帮助。
Based on the social economy and the development of modern science and technology, people’s living standards have been continuously improved, while the socio-economic model has also undergone some changes. The so-called shared economic model, specifically refers to the re-allocation of idle resources in order to ensure the optimization of social resource management. On this basis, the labor force was liberated, further promoting the development of many industries. However, in the course of the development of this new economic model, the concepts and methods of human resources management have also been severely affected. Based on this, the article will share the economic era as a research background, elaborating the challenges faced by the human resources management, and put forward targeted measures to be helpful.
