目的了解烟台市2016年食源性疾病的发病及流行趋势。方法收集2016年烟台市30家哨点医院监测数据,并进行统计分析。结果 2016年烟台市共报告食源性疾病4 941例,6-9月发病相对较多(55.07%),14~34岁年龄组发病率最高(42.95%),农村居民的发病率高于城市居民,农民的发病率最高(21.35%)。报告的可疑暴露食品以水产动物及其制品比例最大(25.40%)。可疑进食场所以家庭为主。病原体阳性检出40例(19.80%),诺如病毒专项检出21例(9.25%)。结论食源性疾病发生主要集中在夏秋季,乡村发病人数明显高于城市,主要以沙门菌和副溶血性弧菌感染为主。需加强烟台市食源性疾病的监测能力,积极开展有效的防控措施。
Objective To understand the incidence and prevalence of foodborne diseases in Yantai in 2016. Methods The data of 30 sentinel hospitals in Yantai in 2016 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results A total of 4 941 foodborne diseases were reported in Yantai in 2016, with a relatively higher incidence (55.07%) in June-September and the highest incidence in the age group of 14-34 (42.95%). The incidence of rural residents was higher than that of urban areas Residents, farmers the highest incidence (21.35%). Forty cases (19.80%) were detected positive for pathogens and 21 cases (9.25%) were detected for Norovirus. Conclusion The incidence of foodborne diseases is mainly concentrated in summer and autumn. The incidence of rural diseases is significantly higher than that of the urban areas, mainly Salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Yantai need to strengthen the monitoring of food-borne diseases, and actively carry out effective prevention and control measures.
