一、前言具有較大吨位的双动压床,外滑块的传动机构时常採用曲柄—肘桿机构。在双曲柄及四曲柄的双动压床中又常常採用如图(1)所示的各种机构形式。在双动压床設計时的一个特殊問題是如何选择合理的机构形式,其次是如何合理地选择机构的几何参数,以最好地滿足工艺上的要求。从工艺上对外滑块的运动提出了如下的要求: 1.当內滑块在进行拉深时,外滑块始終压住工件保持不动。 2.当內滑块停止在上死点时,外滑块所处的位置距下死点要略大于1/2的內滑块之行
I. INTRODUCTION The double-acting press with larger tonnage, the transmission mechanism of the outer slide often adopts the crank-toggle mechanism. In the dual-crank and four-crank double-acting bed are often used as shown in Figure (1) shows the various forms of institutions. A particular problem in the design of double-acting presses is how to choose a reasonable mechanism form, followed by a reasonable choice of the geometry of the mechanism to best meet the process requirements.
