双戊烯(Dipentene或Dl-limonene)系白松松根干馏产物的一段馏份,是柠檬烯(l-limonene)的消旋异构体。有人曾用双戊烯治疗“老年慢性气管炎”取得一定效果,因双戊烯为一挥发油,并具有不适臭味,服用困难,不便投药,临床应用受到很大限制。我们对双戊烯挥发油进行了剂型改革,用复凝聚法制成微型胶囊(以下简称“微囊”),蔽盖了不适臭味,防止了挥发油挥发损失,增加了药物的稳定性,便于投药。现将双戊烯微囊制备工艺探讨如下。
Dipentene (Dipentene or Dl-limonene) Department of Pinus thunbergii distillation products of a section, is the racemic isomer of l-limonene (l-limonene). Some people have used dipentene treatment of “chronic bronchitis in the elderly” to achieve some results, because dipentene is a volatile oil, and has an unpleasant odor, difficult to take, inconvenient administration, clinical application has been greatly restricted. We conducted the dipentene volatile oil formulations reforming, the use of complex coacervation microcapsules (hereinafter referred to as “microcapsules”), covering the unpleasant odor, to prevent volatile oil volatile loss, increased drug stability, ease of administration. Now dipentene microcapsule preparation process is discussed below.
