将猕猴桃放在有或无乙烯吸收剂的不同厚度的密封聚乙烯袋中,贮藏于-1℃条件下。由果实呼吸引起的袋内气体成分的变化取决于袋的厚度和有无乙烯吸收剂。在冷藏6个月和经7天在20℃的条件下催熟后,袋内有乙烯吸收剂的果实成熟期随薄膜袋增厚和袋内二氧化碳浓度增高而延迟。试验结果表明,用0.04~0.05毫米厚、内装乙烯吸收剂的密封薄膜袋,贮藏在-1℃下的猕猴桃,果实延迟成熟,改善了贮存质量,贮藏寿命可延长至6个月。
Kiwifruit was placed in sealed polyethylene bags of different thickness with and without ethylene absorber and stored at -1 ° C. The change in composition of the gas in the bag caused by fruit respiration depends on the thickness of the bag and the presence or absence of ethylene absorbent. After 6 months of refrigeration and 7 days of ripening at 20 ° C, the maturation of the ethylene absorbent in the bag was delayed with thickening of the film bag and increasing concentration of carbon dioxide in the bag. The test results show that with a sealed film bag containing 0.04-0.05 mm thick ethylene absorber, the kiwifruit stored at -1 ° C delayed ripening and improved storage quality, extending the shelf life to 6 months.
